We do NOT pass on ANY information from our customers to ANY party outside Holmsater. Further, we do not use your contact details for our own marketing purposes either.

Should you provide us with a testimonial and photograph, we may decide to show it on our website with your permission, but we will not publish full names or addresses.

Secure transactions

Should you decide to purchase from this site you can rest assured that your transaction will be secure. You will be taken to a secure site where your credit card details will be taken and verified. These details will be encrypted before transmission across the Internet, so your credit card details cannot be intercepted and abused.

Some browser configurations and some company firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. If you cannot access our secure servers for any reason, your order can be faxed or telephoned to us.

Delivery Policy

Holmsater endeavours to dispatch the ordered products the following working day. 

Internet orders will be confirmed by email with dispatch date and approximate arrival time.

Standard delivery outside of New Zealand is by airmail or economy courier post. Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
