USA tariffs
All goods entering the USA after 29th August 2025 are subject to a tariff charge.
These tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser, payable by you (US customer) to US customs.
DHL will email you a payment notice and a link for easy payment.
Our products have a 15% tariff imposed on them. This is on goods and freight inclusive.
In the case of non-payment, the goods will be returned to us, Holmsater Ltd (Solvej Swings) in New Zealand.
Once we receive the returned swing, Holmsater Ltd will refund the price paid for the swing and freight, less the actual cost of freight both ways. Freight to you may have been subsidized by Holmsater Ltd. Full freight costs will be charged on the returned product.
