There shouldn't be any sounds when your swing is in use other than laughter (or maybe snores). If your swing makes a squeaky noise from the clips when moving the screw-eyes or eyelets are probably installed facing the wrong way.
They should look like this:
If they do and there is still noise then check that your ropes aren't twisted and making the carbine clip rub at and angle other than 90 degrees to the screw-eye/eye-bolt eyes.
